This dialog is invoked from the Main menu command Tools | Generate Documentation...

• Diagrams
• Current - produce the specification document for the current diagram.
• All - produce the specification document for all diagrams in the project.
 
• Include - specifies what to include with the documentation.
• Diagrams - inserts the diagrams images into the documentation as image maps on GIF files. Tip: Uncheck this for extremely large diagrams since generating large GIF images is time-consuming and the result can't anyway be viewed by most of browsers.
• Specifications - output textual specifications.
• Include Hidden Objects - include diagram elements that have been hidden in the view. Note: elements may be hidden either individually with the Diagram context menu's Hide command or in-group with filters in the Display Tab settings.

• Output - specifies the output target.
• To Printer - send output to the default printer.
• Page breaks - include page breaks before top-level headings
• To HTML File - all specifications will be generated into a single HTML file. Separate .GIF image files are generated for each diagram.
• To HTML Directory - specifications will be generated into multiple files in one directory for each class. Specify the directory name. A file named _index.html, which references all other files, is generated into the specified directory.
• Multi-frame - Together creates HTML documents with frames for navigation, image map graphics of diagrams, and documentation text. To view documentation with frames, open the generated file _multiframe.html in the directory where you generated the documentation.
• Launch HTML Browser - Opens the generated HTML documentation in your browser. The initial file loaded depends on the state of the controls mentioned above.
